This collection of recipes started far before we ever became a food allergy family, but over time we adapted most of them to suit our own unique set of food restrictions, including gluten, dairy, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, pistachios, shrimp, and Tuscan Melon.  We aren’t top 8 free around here, but several recipes here can easily be adjusted to fit that criteria.

Of course, read the recipe and make adjustments for your own food restrictions, but each recipe is marked according to the following:

GF = gluten free; DF = dairy free; NF = peanut and tree nut free, but may contain coconut.

Not gluten free? Substitute all purpose flour (or even white whole wheat flour) in recipes that call for Gluten Free Flour Blend. Simply swap out wheat flour 1:1 and omit the xanthan gum if the recipe calls for it.
